Your favorite senior-Walz-Administration-bureaucrat/illegal-alien/convicted-felon Wilson Tindi is again in ICE custody.
I have written frequently about the Tindi files. I included a timeline of events in this post.
Wilson Nduri Tindi, a citizen of Kenya, is now on his third habeas corpus petition in Minnesota’s federal district court. The first successful petition arose from a 2017 ICE detention following Tindi’s 2016 state felony sex conviction.
He was taken back into custody in August 2025. After about a year in ICE custody, he was released through another habeas petition.
Late last month, he was re-re-arrested and a new habeas corpus petition was filed last week.
