It was a big day in Minnesota’s Constitutional Crisis, with movement on all fronts. The state Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments today at 1 pm on the crucial question of “what is a quorum?”
In the House of Representatives itself, committee meetings continued with bills being passed by the Republicans who showed up. A floor session is scheduled for 3:30 this afternoon, with no Democrats expected to attend, again.
On the media front, the dustup in the House Public Safety committee on Tuesday continues to make news. Protestors disrupted the hearing for over 20 minutes, shouting obscenities at Republican members.
Last night, national Fox News’ Jesse Watters did a short segment on the protest during his primetime show (the video can be seen here, beginning at 6:35).

For a long time, the only local coverage of the protest was by AlphaNews. Then MN Reformer put out a piece.
This morning, legacy outlet WCCO-4 aired a story about the Tuesday incident, under the headline,
Minnesotans protest at State Capitol as Supreme Court prepares for hearing over House power dispute
The video (linked above) shows only a handful of protestors, a tiny fraction of the state population of 5.8 million Minnesotans.
