The U.S. Dept. of Justice (DOJ) held a D.C. press conference earlier this week where the U.S. Attorney announced criminal charges against 10 defendants, all noncitizens, who voted in recent Minnesota elections.
That thing that never happens, keeps happening.
From the DOJ press release,
Federal Grand Jury Indicts Ten Foreign Nationals for Voter Fraud in Minnesota Elections:
Defendants Illegally Voted in the November 2022 and 2024 General Elections and the August 2026 Primary Election.
I’ll be tracking all ten as they move through the federal court system:

The U.S. Attorney for Minnesota also announced,
First Assistant United States Attorney Joseph S. Teirab is prosecuting these cases.
The fact that the charges were first announced by U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche himself, and the prosecutor is Teirab, the No. 2 guy in the local office, shows how high priority this effort is.
Meanwhile, the November election is just 31 days away.
